Anne and I have been to Alton Water to day to check out the walk route etc.
So, We will be meeting at THE VISITOR CENTRE not at the water sports centre.
This is because the water sports centre will be very busy and there will be very little parking space.
For those who haven't been before the post code is the same just go into the Visitors car park, first turning on the right.
There is a charge of £2:00 for all day parking, Sorry!!
Also note the route was quite wet and muddy in places today, so I strongly advise wellies or strong waterproof walking shoes and gaiters.
This aside the route was beautiful this lunchtime with plenty of people out enjoying the footpaths

Hi Sue, it will be great to catch up with you and Ace again and lets hope there will be a few more walkers and hounds than there was at Highwoods!
Anne and I will be aiming to get there about 10:30 so if you have any problems finding us just give me a ring.
