hi I hoping to come along to this walk with Ace but not sure where it is from the train station as we come by train from Colchester I did try looking it up on the map but I not great on that so if you or someone could let me know which way to walk when we come out of the train station thanks for your help Joe I do have your phone number from the last walk me and Ace went on at Highwood's park

In case Joe doesn't reply the meeting point is at the end of Pole Barn Lane. From the station gates (Frinton side) you would take the 1st road left - Pole Barn Lane - and walk down to the bottom to the greensward, probably a 5/10 minute stroll.
