The site is fully booked now and I have the following on the list

It was quite a while ago since we all booked but to confirm you have all paid £10 deposit (not Samantha). The remainder is due on arrival and the site does NOT take credit or debit cards. The fee is £13 per night for 2 plus car. No charge for dogs but any extra adults or children are £1 and electric is £3 per night. We have reserved electric for myself, Tiffins, Janet and Charlotte.
Some of us are planning to go to the Holkham country show on Sunday (the show is on Saturday and Sunday)
Also a BBQ on Saturday night to start about 5pm onwards - visitors very welcome
For those not already camping, the campsite charge a fee of 50p per person and please report to reception when you arrive
Can everyone put what they are bringing next to their name (I have put some already as advised)
myself - potato salad n chicken thighs

Rob Tiffin - burger rolls n rolls for sausages, ketchup

I rang to check the dates with my harvest job and I'll be on standby so I'll miss it again, boo!
Never mind if harvest starts late again like last year I might be able to find a spot nearby at the last minute as I'm a member of the caravan club too (don't tell anyone) 
Thats a shame but hope next summer's weather is better than this year
The site also has a 5 van cc field so you may find a spot at the last minute

We're arranging a Non Christmas December Dinner at our very favourite and intimate venue ... The Booking Hall Cafe in Rayne.
Date - Saturday 8th December
Those who have been before know the score ...
Set Dinner for £20 per head
3 courses with choice of either non-vege or vege
Usually a choice between 2 puddings
Drinks extra
Good time and fantastic amiability free!
Excellent and scrummy food 
Only 20 seats!
If you're interested I need your name added to the thread and a £5 deposit per person to secure your seat - when they're gone they're gone and we can't go over 20 (those who have been before know why!)
Please feel free to pass to GW walkers who don't use the forum (why don't they?)
