Thank you Andy and Jan for a lovely, snowy walk this morning.
Diva is a Beautiful Black Bombshell and Orinoco did so well on his three legs didn't he.

Thank you Andy and Jan for a lovely walk this morning and the mulled wine. What a super turnout, I hope someone took some photos and puts them on here, even if he forum isn't used much these days.
A very Merry Christmas and a healthy New Year to everyone and their four legged friends.

Me too Anne, I don't 'do' Facebook either. What a shame, I was looking forward to seeing them, there was certainly a lot of snapping going on with a new red camera! Hopefully someone will be able to help.
It was a lovely walk, thank you Andy & Jan.

Thank you Andy, shame about the weather, hope it doesn't put the new people off joining another walk. (Let us know where you'll post the photos).

Thanks for a lovely walk and a great river paddle at the end. Betty is still worn out. We made the mistake of stopping for lunch at the Wicked Lady in Wheathampstead on the way home.. If you don't mind a pub thinking they are a top restaurant and charging accordingly and you like your roast beef to be half gristle and fat and the other half dry as if it was cooked yesterday and re-heated then that is the place for you. We have E mailed them to says it's our first and last visit. If you are ever in the Mundersley area of Norfolk, the Royal Hotel does a carvery for £8.95 on Sunday lunch and Wednesday evening and the quality and quantity of the food is fantastic.
We went to the Wicked Lady a couple years ago for a meal and after being shown to a tiny table in the middle of the floor, waited so long for service, just gave up and walked out and haven't been back since. It appears it hasn't improved then.
