We have an awareness stand in the Market Place, Brandon from 11am onwards but we are now not taking part in the carnival procession. The walk will be as normal with time for tea and chat afterwards

Another great walk at Brandon!! The weather was kind too. It was nice to meet Peter, Carol, Miley & Tia, and hopefully we may get a couple of new members on our next Brandon walk as a result of having the stand in the market place and milling around chatting to the nice folks of Brandon. Well done to the owners and of course the hounds (who did an excellent PR job).

It looked like to stall was doing great business, so sorry we couldn't stay.
Poor Porge was completely petrified and turned into a shivering, terrified George. Not seen him in that state for a long time. Gun Alley, loud music, noisy children really did do his head in so we took a slow quiet drive home, stopped for a relax in the sun and a sausage roll treat and he slept from when we got home till when we got up this morning more or less. Worrying and fear is very tiring

Glad George is feeling better now, he wasn't happy at all
Dom didn't want to move for the rest of the day, got up for his grub though
