I still love raw mushrooms and red wine:). I often go to cook mushrooms and eat them all before I get them to the pot, so best not ask me to peel them;)

Nothing wrong with that! I can do the same.. Raw mushrooms, esp cold from fridge make a nice snack! Pixie also has a thing for those too.. Strange! Talking wine.. A nice white with stilton hmmmm

Really enjoyable weekend, perfect weather, very good company and an awesome BBQ on Saturday night, all topped off by a spendid walk along the beach on Sunday morning, we all slept very well last night!
Sitting out past bedtime!
Early morning trip round the lake to check out the monsters ..
Typically England? Teasels, red hot pokers and blackberries
Group walk round the very nice campsite
Saturday afternoon BBQ chefs getting prepared ... the amount of food they cooked on 3 small grills was amazing!
Thank you to everyone for making this such a good weekend

I can't remember who wanted to view tents at a store, but it looks like 'go outdoors' have tents to view, no idea what they are like as a company though..

We have a couple of tents at home, 4/6 man with sleeping pods and 'living' area. All working.
Donation to GW if anyone wants them.

That was me, Jo, on the recommendation of Helen. I'll check it out, thanks. ;D
And thank you Janet, but I'm thinking a 4/6 berth is gonna be too big for little old me.
I'm definitely buying one though. Firstly for the next GW camp, but I'm also considering being brave & heading to Cornwall for a few days in the spring. (Let me know if any of you fancy joining me.) I really want to sleep by the sea.
